Delhi may receive rain between September 30 and October 2, with winds reaching 20-30 kmph. The capital is expected to record a maximum temperature of 33°C and a minimum of 22°C on September 30. In Uttar Pradesh, several districts including Bahraich, Gorakhpur, Lakhimpur, Bareilly and Moradabad may see light rain and strong surface winds.
Several districts in Bihar may receive moderate rain along with thunderstorms, while Patna is likely to record 33°C as the maximum temperature. Jharkhand has been warned of heavy rain and storms, with winds reaching 40-50 kmph. Uttarakhand may see heavy rain from September 30 to October 2, with winds of up to 60 kmph in some areas.Heavy rain and strong winds are expected in parts of Himachal Pradesh, including Mandi, Kullu, Kangra and Chamba. Jammu and Kashmir may also see heavy rain and thunderstorms in several districts. In West Bengal, Kolkata and other districts have been put on alert for heavy rain and winds of 50-60 kmph.Punjab may receive moderate rain and thunderstorms, while Rajasthan faces a warning of heavy rain and winds of up to 70-80 kmph. Madhya Pradesh and Chhattisgarh may also see heavy rain and strong winds. Odisha is likely to receive heavy rain, with winds reaching around 65 kmph in some areas.
